DXKeeper Port 52001 In Use

This error just came up when starting DXK. Something must of changed but don't know what. Under Network Service I changed the Base Port to 52005 and that error went away. Any thoughts?
?
I using a Flex 6400 with WSJT-X FT-8 set to DXLabs Suite Commander.

Same has happened today on my site. I closed DXK and started it again and no error was reported so far.

+ Applications grab ports on a first-come, first-served basis. Evidently, you started an application that grabbed 52001 before DXKeeper could do so. Changing the base port is fine if you aren't running an application liked JTAlert that sends messages to DXKeeper, in which case you'd have to reconfigure that application to use the new port.

+ The easier "solution" is to start all of your DXLab applications immediately after booting Windows, so that they can each grab their default port.
