I tried accessing the site with 3 browsers, including my cell
phone. But I was unsuccessful.

But what happens?
Unable to resolve site name (DNS)? Unable to connect (timed out or connection refused)?
Another thing you can try is the command prompt in windows (CMD)
nslookup
Does it resolve to an IP address? I get 96.225.31.9
If you do get an IP address, can you ping it?
ping
I get replies, which is great to see that I can connect but also odd because most web servers ignore ping.

What error message(s) do you get in response to each test?
Most likely you have a DNS issue or a network configuration
issue in Windows but without error messages it is impossible
to provide any specific assistance.

Joe, he sent me screen shots of the command prompt window to me personally because the reflector doesn't accept images. He has a DNS problem.

The problem seems to be here in Brazil, I asked some friends in
different cities in other states to try to access the website
dxlabsuite.com, they all had the same problem, they can't access
it.

Can you try using Google or Cloudstrike DNS instead of the default
DNS set by your ISP?

I'm sure that our hosting provider is working to restore access.
In the mean time, anyone needing access to Reference Documentation should use the Help buttons in your DXLab applications, as these display a local copy - which is as up-to-date as the online version.
