Re: Highlight Band on DXView
开云体育Understand, but I don’t want to QSY until I see the data shown in the DXView Progress Window and then decide if I want to change bands/modes. ?I just click the spot in SpotCollector then look at the DXView progress window to decide what I want to do. ?Highlighting the band of the clicked spot in DXView makes it easier/quicker to see data. ?I often click on a spot without looking at the other spot data and then go to DXView to make a determination of what I want to do.Tom - KQ5S

True, though I believe it is just the band, not the mode, that is highlighted, but the current band is not necessarily the band the spotted DX is on. That is one reason I think having the DX spot band highlighted would be helpful. It is sort of like what SpotCollector does in identifying if the station is LOTW, eQSL, or both. It is just another visual indicator. + If you double-click a Spot Database Entry, your transceiver will QSY to the Entry's frequency, and DXView will identify the Entry's band in its Main window's Progress panel. 73, Dave, AA6YQ |

The active band and mode (headings) are already highlighted (bold).

Re: Highlight Band on DXView
开云体育I believe that highlight would be a persisting distraction.? I use the band view in DXView to check my entire band and mode status for that entity spotted.? A band highlight would also require some way to cancel the highlight. ? 73, Dave, w6de ? From: [email protected]
