CMD stopped after update to Commander1215
After downloading the update to Commander (commander1215.exe) all sorts of problems. Using Windows 7 - 64bit - 8GB RAM If I try to click Start launch from the DXLab Launcher, only get the spinning

That happens when the same signal is decoded on multiple frequencies. Winnabler eventually identifies the primary signal using relative signal stengths. 73, Dave, AA6YQ
