ClubLog Inbound OQRS and QSL_Rcvd
I set up the Inbound OQRS according to the instructions and it works great. Thanks for the feature Dave.
My question is about what gets printed in the 'QSL?' field on the labels. The QSL requests from ClubLog have QSL_Sent set to R and QSL_Rcvd empty. When I print labels I get 'pse!' in the 'QSL?' field. I would expect this field to be blank if QSL_Rcvd is empty. I have been filtering for QSL_Sent=R and then setting QSL_Rcvd=I before printing OQRS labels. I would like to eliminate this step. For some reason the greyline and sun position are not showing on my World Map. I can't find any option to enable or disable it. The map otherwise looks fine in size, resolution and plotting of paths to DX. Auroral zones also show properly when enabled. Win10, latest production lease. What am I missing? Thanks jim ab3cv |

OK, so this apparently didn't work.
I received the email from Clublog with the test card requests I made earlier today. I pressed the Inboind OQRS button. It flashed, updated the date and time and I got a dialog saying "Requests received: 5" appeared, but nothing else happened. I went into the QSL tab, selected 2-column labels and pressed Add Requested. DXkeeper scanned the log and only returned the same list of requested QSLs that had been there before. It did not find and tag the supposedly-downloaded OQRS requests. I also brought up the callsign of the station in question and looked at the QSOs I'd requested cards for. The QSL Sent drop-down is still set to N. What did I do wrong? Can I get these to re-download somehow, without wiping out all the other enqueued bureau cards from last month? (I have verified that in DX Keeper QSL Configuration, Club Log tab, that I have "Inbound OQRS? set? 'QSL Sent' to 'R' checked)." |

My recollection is that serial port device drivers don't get loaded when Windows is booted into Safe mode.

OT: com-port in Win 7 SafeMode
Hello, I'm into unfamiliar territory for me and learning as I go along. I'm debugging trying to get fldigi and DXLab's Commander to work together. I need to know if a "real" RS232 com-port can work in Win 7 HomePremium SafeMode. By "real", I mean it is not the USB adapter with a FTDI-chip. From my reading of this site "http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/which-drivers-loaded-safe-mode#1TC=windows-7", I say that it can not. If I'm on solid ground here, is there anything I can do to get it to work in SafeMode? TIA for any help. 73 Jerry KM3K |

Dave Thanks. I had foolishly let MSFT?detect the printer?and install a driver. At your suggestion I went to the HP site and found a Win10 driver for this P2015dn laser printer. All working fine now!
