Hi Linda! Yes, I'm originally from the North Shore of
Massachusetts. As you'll see in the book, I was born in Salem. I've
been to Amesbury a few times. I lived mostly in Beverly until I moved
to Poland Spring, Maine (where most of the book takes place, although
I didn't say so.) I've now lived in Auburn, which is right next to
Lewiston, for the last three years. Small world, huh? Oh I forgot,
there is no world! Silly me.
What you say about our perception and everything being made up
is very true. I've had that same experience many times, where what I
thought a person was thinking turned out to not be true at all, and
was completely based on my own assumptions. Has anybody else ever had
that experience? (LOL) As the Course says, "Projection makes
perception." It's just hard sometimes to remember how literally true
that is! I hope you enjoy the book, and I'm looking forward to
