Times of Amazing Peace

Hello garyrrenard@...,

In reference to your comment:

è? Today, when I was meditating, I got to the point where
è there? were no thoughts; only stillness. I joined with
è God and that's all? there was. Then, later on, I still felt
è that way. I felt that way all? day! I know other people
è must have those kinds of days where they? feel the
è peace of God, and experience that the world cannot
è affect? them. Love and peace, Gary.

Not yet .. I have had only moments and this was before I discovered the Course.? I felt moments of peace .. like everything is OK and it had nothing to do with what was going on around me.?? :-)

However your description of your experience of the Real World is wonderful.? That is the state of mind All will be in, then God takes the "final" step.? :-)

Every now and then, a day comes along where I have experiences
of amazing peace, and today was one of those days. Although Arten and
Pursah always stressed how important it was to do my forgiveness
homework, even if I had to do it later on, they also mentioned on
several occasions that there would be welcome times of peace that
came as a result. One of the great things is that when I feel so
happy and peaceful I know it's because of the Course, even when those
peaceful times are unexpected.

Yes, that has happened to me, and yes, it does correlate with the forgiveness homework. Hmmm... it hasn't happened lately for a long time that it be a period of a whole day.?Once in awhile for a short period. A feeling of joyfulness and seeing it everywhere I look. After reading your e-mail I am eager to read the Course and do my homework.
?
Thanks.
