Meter hardware for MN-7?

Does anyone know what size the nuts for the meter inputs on an MN-7 (or an MN-2700 too, I think) are?

Larry:

I've been working on a project for the W-4 and the WH-7 meters recently, and just happen to have a measurement here with me.?

The meter studs on the WH-7, which is the same as the MN-7 and MN-2700, measured roughly 3/16" diameter.? Believe they are are course thread, though I wasn't concerned about that...just the clearance.? You could try a 10-24 (or 10-32?).? They are definitely a smaller thread than the older W-4, which I believe is 1/4-20.? I doubt they are metric as those meters were made in the USA.

I can verify by midweek if still needed.

They have these things called spec sheets now y'know... ;)

The attached clip from a Jewell cut sheet should be of help. I believe the 7-line meters are MS3Tx series.

Jim - Yeah, I knew you'd offer a spec sheet!? I couldn't remember which meter it was they used....tough to look up when you don't know what it is.

But...I think these were the meters used on the W-4/MN-4/MN-2000.? If you look at the side profile, you can see it is curved inwards, top to bottom.? The MN-7/2700/WH-7 meters are flat-faced bezel mount meters.

Or am I way off base here?

I am nowhere near my stuff and cannot measure any of them at the moment, or try a nut either.? Later in the week....yes.

MS2T for 4-line, MS3T for 7-line.
