FS Hayseed re-cap kit for R-4C

I have a complete re-cap kit for the R-4C that I bought from Hayseed a couple of years ago.? I've decided not to use it as the caps in my R-4C are okay.? This kit sells now for $78.95 plus shipping.? I'll sell this unused kit to you for $70, shipped within the USA.? Personal cheque or PP F&F so that I don't get ensnared in 1099's for selling off my personal items. International shipping now requires a Computer Science degree, with a minor in International Law, so sorry, no go on international.? Ebay has totally roached international shipping . ?While Pirate Ship is able to provide decent service (I just shipped a 5 lb box to New Zealand for $20 ) I was never able to figure out how to NOT use Ebay's stupid seemingly mandatory international shipping brokerage (which would have cost $55).
?
I normally don't ship stuff internationally but was trying to help a collector there. I finally cancelled the sale, shipped it to him and asked he reimburse me when and if he got the package.?

I just sent a part to a ham in Italy. We wound up with me sending to a friend of his in Miami, who¡¯d meet up with another friend going back to Italy.? Twenty years ago, I could fill out a customs form in 2 minutes and ship it. They now have all these categories you must fill out precisely or the item returns to you and then it¡¯s on you to pay for shipping the second time.? eBay is going to be used a lot less by me this year, with the 1099-K kicking in at only $600 in gross receipts.
