Hi Lyndon >>>
I believe what you need is one of these integrated Dow-Key coax switching bypass relays. There are several of these in stock at the Restoration Center in Pahrump, Nevada, where I do volunteer work and deliver classic radios for repair and distribution to needy hams.
I suspect that a phone call to Foster Paulis, W4HCX, at 775-751-5389 would get you one for the price of the postage. I have a couple here in Alaska that I am saving for station switching projects now underway.
The only thing a bit challenging is their 48 VDC relay coils. You could either pick off the DC from some convenient source in your equipment, or you could substitute a couple of more "normal" Dow-Key coax relay coils to get the job done.
Good luck!
