Re: TR7 recommission stalls.
On your original post you said the TR7 "Stopped Working."?
?
What exactly "stopped working?"?
?
Have you checked the supply voltages from the small PS board? (+24, +10, +5, etc)
?
Put a piece of electrical tape on the chassis before you check the higher pins, so you don't short them to gnd.?

Hi guys
Signals on each of the neccessary board pins present.
Going to refit the extender cards and see what's missing on the board.

Floyd,
How about putting your scope on the injection line and peaking each band for maximum signal instead of using Drake's procedure? You might be able to get a bit more output that way.?

I have a B line PTO with a clear, not discolored dial, a metal and nylon set of gears and it's in excellent condition.
The PTO tunes very smooth. It has 3 point 6x32x3/8" machine screw mounting studs. The mounting stud threads
are in excellent condition.

Price is $40 shipped. If interested contact me off group.

Thanks.
I decided to put a little WD-40 on the pivot pins. Levers move MUCH
better now.? I still need to mess with getting the dial on the PTO
in the TR7 closer.? I was able to find the Drake net today and check
in with it and the L4B.? I've got to figure out what the low output
problem is on 40 meters. I'm sure it's a similar problem in the high
pass filter I had long ago.? I can only get about 10 watts out on 40
meters.? L4B will put out around 100 watts or so with that much
drive on low plate voltage.

Both levers, the one on the PTO in the TR7 and the one on the
PTO in the RV7, are a bit sluggish. Not sure if lubricating the
pivot pin is the right decision but there is a spring on the
bottom of the lever to a hole in the left side of the frame. If
you pull the lever to the left you can move the white dial, but
not the clear dial. I have the one on my RV7 pretty close.? It
looks like one would have to loosen the nut on the front to move
