There was an article in the July 1982 edition of QST that has all the info on it. I can't post it on here for copyright reasons but if you are a member of the ARRL you can search for the back issue that has the write up in it with the schematic and all. The board was originally created by Robert Morrow WB6GTM and he was the one who wrote the article up for QST. That's the callsign on the back of the board I bought just last year new, I believe he still sells them.
