Amir Avivi.Amir Avivi?is an IDF officer in the reserves with the rank of Brigadier General. He served as Deputy Comptroller of the Defense System, commander of the School of Military Engineering, commander of the Sagie Brigade, and director of Chief of Staff’s office for Moshe (Bogey) Ya’alon. In 2020, he founded the HaBitahonistim movement and was appointed as CEO of the movement. Members of the movement are retired senior members of the defense establishment (the IDF, Shabak, the Mossad, and Israel Police). The goal of the movement “the application of sovereignty, strengthening the State of Israel’s rule and the State of Israel’s right to defend itself within secure borders”.
