One of the challenges of the Jewish religion is that we have 6 fast days to contend with during the year. Two of these fasts last about 25 hours. Several years ago, a personal training client of mine relayed to me that whenever he fasts he gets very sick afterwards. He would put himself to bed for days. With an awful headache and general weakness he simply couldn’t function. I taught him how both to prepare and break a fast. He came back to me after the next fast that year and said he couldn’t believe the difference. He finished the fast and just got back into life.

Summer courses in sewing & fashion design - for teenage girls and women!

The courses (in Hebrew) will be held at the "Tafur Alayich" sewing school in Beitar - easily accessible by public transport from Jerusalem.

The courses offer an introduction to fashion design. Gain confidence in working with a sewing machine and learn about types of threads, fabrics and stitches, hems, different sewing techniques, and basic knowledge of pattern use.

The summer program begins on July 4th, 2022.
? Suitable for girls and women aged 15 and over (possibility of accepting younger girls).
? Different courses will open based on demand.
? Small groups - personal attention.
? Limited spaces - register soon!

You can choose between two tracks:
Track 1:
? 4 x two-hour sessions (once/twice a week) - 680 NIS
? Sundays, Mondays: 2:45pm-4:45pm
