Winter's got your exercise down?
With the rainy, cold weather over the last few weeks, getting exercise in can be a challenge. For those without access to exercise equipment, here¡¯s a few ideas: ? - Walk up and down the stairs ¨C Try going up 2 steps at a time. Do multiple sets.
- Jumping jacks - A great aerobic exercise! In between sets you can do pushups or sit-ups
- Walking or jogging ¨C Moving in place to some upbeat music is great for cardiac fitness!
- If you can handle something more advanced, search online for an indoor workout with an instructor at your level.
