If you have any 1,2 GHZ radio or multiband Radio you can use the DV
adapter,with with the UT118 chip,100% Icom legal.
And you have a choice to talk the new IC 9100 if out,later ,also.

I think all the D-Star rigs do both DV, DD and analog voice. I don't think there is a DV/DD D-Star rig on the market except for the ID-1 controller that does not do analog voice also.

I use the Satoshi one which is not without it's significant problems but it works well for simplex
