in your PSP and minimize

Open any Accent tubes in your
PSP and Minimize

Close original

3. Dropper Tool
Left click on?your tube to?pick?a
Dark/Medium?color for your Foreground
Right click to pick a Light color for
your Background

4. Image >?Resize
Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Maintain original print size =

Unchecked

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Resize all layers?= Checked?

Width?= No more than?250 Pixels
