FINE LEATHER NOISE?

You must have some knowledge of PSP to do this tutorial.
I?have tried?to put all paths needed in here.

Be Creative!
Also if you do not like my drop shadow
settings feel free to use your own. If my chosen
color does not work please choose another one.?

What you will need :
?
-PSP???(I used PSPX2)
-Letter Creator to put it together?
-You will need to have these plugins installed?
before you start
-= HSB Noise
-I.C.NET Software -?
-Install plugins in your plugins folder?in your?PSP program
-Close PSP and restart?it, look and make sure your
plugins?are there.
-Tube of choice
-Accents?if wanted
?
First let's set up a few things we need:
?
-Open tube/?Duplicate (shift + D) close orginal
-Resize your tube
300W or less?x 375H less
-Edit/ Copy (your tube)
-Pick out two colors?from tube
Foreground = (Dark)
Background = (Light)
?
?-ALL SETTINGS ARE SET TO DEFAULT UNLESS NOTED
CHANGES ARE MADE BY ME (This means that when you
go to use a tool reset it to default then make any changes
that?I have noted, I am not writing?all settings down)?

4. Effects/ Plugins/ Eye candy 4000/ HSB noise
HV = 25
SV = 30
BV = 40
OV = 0
LW = 28.00

Pattern = Smooth fractal
FR = 50
Seamless tile = Checked
Random Seed = 180
