All settings will remain the same
unless otherwise noted.

Let's Begin
?
1? File > Open (Ctrl + O)
Open your tube of choice.
?
2? Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Close original
?
3???Image > Resize
Settings:
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Resample using = Smart size
Width = Will self adjust
Height = 360 pixels
?
Optional:
Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen
?
4? Edit > Copy
?
5? Dropper Tool (E)
Foreground
Left click for light?color
from your tube.
Background
Right click for a medium to dark
color from your tube.
?
6? Image > Canvas Size
Settings:
Width = 2000 (or width of choice)?Height = 400
Left middle arrow = Checked
?
Note:
If you are using a misted tube
you may want to skip the next step.

7? Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
Settings:
V & H = 2, Opacity = 90, Blur = 2.00
Color = Black
Shadow On New Layer = Unchecked

8? Layers > New Raster Layer
?
9?? Layers > Arrange > Send
To Bottom

10? Selections > Select All
?
11? Edit > Paste Into Selection
?
12? Selections > Select None
?
13? Effects > Image Effects >
Seamless Tiling
Settings:
Default

14? Layers > New Raster Layer
?
15? Layers > Arrange > Send
To Bottom

16? Flood Fill Tool (F)
Settings:
Match mode = None
Use All Layers = Unchecked
Blend mode = Normal, Opacity = 100
Fill with your?dark color.

Highlight middle layer

18? Layers > Merge > Merge Down

19? Adjust > Blur > Motion Blur
Settings:
Angle = 315 ?Strength = 100

Set compression value = 25 - 30
