Dark color for your Foreground
Right click on your graphic to pick a
Medium color for your Background

Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Width?= No more than?500 Pixels

Feather = 10

Smoothing = 10

Anti-alias = Unchecked

Use all layers = Unchecked

Draw out and around the main area that you

wish to have as your misted tube

**hint--do not touch the sides**

**you may need to try it a few times

to get it to your liking**
