Supplies Needed:
Tube of your choice
?
Plugin:?
Simple?- Diamonds - Top Left Mirror - Zoom
Out and Flip?()

?
Preparation:
Install plugin if needed.
?
Performance Notes:
All settings will remain the same unless
otherwise stated.
?
Let's have some fun.........:)
?
1. File > Open
Open tube of your choice
in PSP.
?
2. Window > Duplicate (Shift+D)
Close original.
?
3. Image > Resize
Settings:
Resample using = Smart Size
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Width = Will self-adjust
Height = 350 pixels or less
?
4. Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask
Settings:
Radius = 5.00
Strength = 10
Clipping = 5
Luminance only = Unchecked
(If needed)
?
5. Dropper Tool
Left click and select a light color
for the Foreground color.
?
Right click and select a dark color for
the Background color.
*Note - Your colors should have plenty
of contrast yet go well together.
?
6. Edit > Copy
Minimize your tube.
?
7. File > New Image
Settings:
Width = 30 pixels
Height = 400 pixels
Raster Background = Checked
Transparent = Checked
?
8. Materials Palette
Change Foreground to Gradient
Settings:
Gradient?=?Foreground-Background
Style = Radial
Angle = 45
Repeats = 52
Invert = Unchecked
Center Point
Horizontal?= 25
Vertical = 75
Texture = Unchecked
?
9.?Flood Fill Tool
Settings:
Match Mode = None
Use all layers = Unchecked
Blend mode = Normal
Opacity = 100
Left click to fill with Gradient.
?
10. Effects > Plugin > Simple > Diamonds
?
11. Layers > Duplicate
?
12. Image > Mirror
?
13. Layers Palette
Lower Opacity to 50
?
14. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
?
15. Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance
?
16. Effects > Plugin > Simple > Top Left Mirror
?
17.?Image > Canvas Size
Settings:
Width = 200 pixels
Height =?400 pixels
Placement = Left middle arrow
?
18.?Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 30
Blur = 5.00
Color = Black
Shadow on new layer = Checked

19. Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
Settings:
Edge = Checked
Vertical = Checked
Width = 50
Transition = 50
*Note: Only the shadow layer
will be tiled.?

20. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible

22. Image > Mirror

23. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible

24. Layers > New Raster Layer

25. Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

Settings:?
Left click to fill with Gradient

27. Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Settings:
Gaussian = Checked
Noise = 7
Monochrome = Checked

28. Effects > Distortion Effects > Pixelate
Settings:
Block width = 35
Block height = 35
Symmetric = Checked

29. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
?
30.?Image > Canvas Size
Settings:
Width = 2000 pixels (or your choice)
Height =?400 pixels
Placement = Left middle arrow

31. Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
Settings:
Blur = 10.00

33. Layers > New Raster Layer

Settings:
Corner?= Checked
Horizontal?= Checked
Horizontal?offset?= 0
Transition = 50

39. Layers > Duplicate

40. Image > Flip

41. Image > Mirror

42. Layers Palette
Lower Opacity to 50

***Optional
If your background is still not text-friendly
add a new Raster Layer, fill with your?
background color and lower the Opacity
to your liking.

43.?Edit > Paste > Paste As New Layer
(Your Tube)

44. Layers > Arrange > Bring to Top
?
***Optional
You may resize your tube again
and sharpen if needed. If you resize:
Image > Resize
Settings:
Width & Height = as desired
Resize all layers = Unchecked
Use the percentage option and
Resize and move to your liking.
*Note: You may also choose to use
your Raster Deform Tool to resize.
If used be sure to click the Pan Tool
Icon immediately afterwards to
deactivate the Raster Deform Tool.

45. Move Tool
Move your tube to the desired position.

46. Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel
Settings:
Bevel = 2
Width = 8
Smoothness = 0
Depth = 2
Ambience = 10
Shininess = 0
Color = White
Angle = 315
Intensity = 30
Elevation = 50
?
47. Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 60
Blur = 6.00
Color = Black
Shadow on new layer = Unchecked

48.?Layers > New Raster Layer
?
49. Add your Watermark and credits.

50. File > Export > JPEG Optimizer
Settings:
Compression = 15-20 (or your choice).

That's it...You can now assemble in LC.
