Place Heart 1 preset shape tool in your preset shapes folder in PSP
Open heart tile, duplicate, close original
Place Color?Dot filter in your PSP plugins folder

1) Dropper tool??Left click on tube choose a medium-dark color set it to your foreground, right click choose a lighter hue of foreground, set it to your background

2) Materials Palette, click on your foreground color and mark down Hue and Saturation Info for later use:)

3) Image resize
Settings:
Width =200-250 pixels length will adjust itself
Resample using smart size checked, lock aspect ratio =checked, resize all layers =checked??

4) File, new image
325 x 300, transparent checked
?
5) Preset shapes tool
Settings:
Heart 1, retain style =unchecked,
Anti-alias & Create as vector =?checked, dot =Checked, line width =2
?
6) Starting from the left side draw out your heart leaving enough room on both sides to rotate

7) Layers, convert to raster layer
?
8) Image, rotate, free rotate
Settings:
Left =checked, free =checked,
put 10 in the space next to "Free"
All layers =unchecked,
Rotate single layer around canvas center =unchecked

9) Adjust, sharpness, sharpen

10) Layers, duplicate

11) Image resize
Settings:
85%, resample using =bicubic, resize all layers =unchecked,

12) Hide top layer
Highlight raster layer 2
(This should be your middle layer)

13) Effects,Plugins,Penta.com,
Color dot at default settings

14) Layers, view all
?
15) Highlight top layer

16) With magic wand ?click inside the heart
Settings:
Mode =Add(Shift), match mode =RGB value, tolerance =0, sample merged and contiguous checked, feather =0,?outside checked
