Preparation:
Save mask wouter112 in your PSP Mask folder.

Save Texture Ipp09_pattern50 in your PSP Texture folder

All settings will remain the same unless
otherwise stated.

Let's have some fun.........:)

1.? File > Open
Open?tube/mist?of your choice
in PSP.
?
2.? Window > Duplicate (Shift+D)
Close original.
?
3.? Image > Resize
Settings:
Resample using = Smart Size
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Width = Will self-adjust
Height = 365 pixels or less
*Note: We will be able to resize again
later in the tut if need be.

4.? Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask
Settings:
Radius = 5.00
Strength = 10
Clipping = 5
Luminance only = Unchecked

5.? Dropper Tool
Left click and select a light color
for the Foreground color.
