These are the rules changes that I received thru 2/10/25. Please vote yes or no to each of these changes. You can to the group or send to me only. A simple majority is all that is needed to pass proposals. Please vote by Friday, Feb14.

Section XI........Get rid of the rule that a new owner can't change the name of their team to whatever they would like when they take over a team.
? ????????????????????? Currently states team must wait 1 year to change team name.

Section V....5d)........Allow teams to keep on the roster an Uncarded player as long as they want, and that player counts towards your 40-man limit.? Same with a "Prospect", be allowed to retain them on your 40-man as long as you want to carry them.
? ????????????????????? Currently states that teams may only keep uncarded players for 1 year. Ex. Wander Franco

Section VII.....b)....... ? ?Request to change this to be the team with the lower road winning percentage gets a better pick. Teams that are tanking generally have a better road winning % than at home, so don't reward a team that is possibly tanking with a better slot.
??????????????????????????????? Currently reads "Ties will be broken by looking at the regular season road won-loss record. The team with the higher winning percentage on the road will get the better (higher) pick."?

Remember, according to the constitution any vote not made by the deadline (2/14/25) will be added to the total of whichever side is leading at that time.
