I was trying to get a QMX kit transceiver to work recently and discovered an SMD capacitor missing. Rick, NF6G sent me about five to get me going! He simply taped them to a piece of paper and mailed them in an ordinary envelope. This groups.io site is the nature of his gesture.
My next message will be a list of components I have on standby for any of you needing "just that one part" to get you going! Now, most of mine are from Amazon so I will indicate such and let you decide. Maybe the actual measured value should be posted as well. These are not Tier One parts.
This whole idea will be changing as each one of you will undoubtedly have better ideas than me!
