I think for the time of the construction of the dam at Rolphton that there was a spur put in. ?I will have to confirm with my best friend who's grandfather worked at the dam from construction to his retirement. ?My friend is already eyeing property to buy for his retirement time as the old family home has been acting as a cottage for the last 40 years. ?He loves the area.

I was snowmobiling in the Rolphton area yesterday. The OFSC uses an Ontario Power Generation road to connect the main trail that uses the former CPR railbed, with the village. It may just be me, but the way this road was built, it seems similar to how a railway would be. Was there a spur to the hydroelectric dam project when it was being constructed?
