I mentioned a while ago that 422 (pt. Robinson to Mac Yard) has intermodal traffic that
is dropped off at Aldershot yard.
This new traffic has to do with CN purchasing the CSX line running from Woodward (Syracuse) N.Y. to
Valleyfield, QC. that connects with the Valleyfield Sub. running up to Coteau connecting with the
Kingston Sub. Reference Nov. 2019 Trains magazine.
At least today, Wed. Nov. 13th, 148 picked up the traffic putting the containers on the rear.
Needed headroom onto the Halton Sub. to do the reverse move.
Can I assume, correctly, that this intermodal traffic used to go thru Montreal then to BIT.
