Worth a read
Norman Corwin, revered as the Golden Age of Radio's Shakespeare and greatest writer, is little known today. Carl Sandburg called him one of America's foremost wordsmiths and Ray Bradbury credited him for inspiring his career as a writer. You'll find an interesting article on this renowned scribe here: www.transom.org/2025/audio-ancestors-norman-corwin/ I had the good fortune to be friends with the maestro as well as co-editor of his account traveling the globe right after WWII as part of his Wendell Wilkie One World Award. -- Michael
