We've been getting a lot of mails about ordering the zBitx. We plan to start taking orders for the zBitx as soon as we ship out the existing orders.
We will send out a email to folks who've written to us and inform the group when we reopen orders.

Is there a reason every list member needs to know who wants a personal email when the next zBitx is available to order? Isn't a message to the group from HFSignals sufficient?

Seems to me the better solution is to contact HFSignals directly at sales@..., as discussed on their website: ?

Ken, Im not tryng to be sarcasitc or rude, so I apologize ahead of time.
Probably because they want to get on the purchase list. I requested that when i recently bought another UBITX V6 partial kit.
Just missed the cut off on the first one.. Individual preference. Freedom of email, human desire to win the chance to purchase one, etc etc etc. I personally dont see anything wrong with an individual requesting an email to notify them, so they can quickly send funds to Ashhar to beat anyone else out of the spot.?
first come first served.Thats what we Hams do in contests,field day etc. it runs in our blood.
Simple thing, each email address is put in a contact list, then mass email everyone at once.
Things like this eat a hole in your stomach. Relax, enjoy life.

Please read my posting again - I encourage people to reach out to HFSignals to be notified when zBitx are available for purchase, I take issue with telling me and the other 7,600 list members they want to be added to the list.

There are 7,599 people receiving those notes that have zero ability to add the sender to the notify list at HFSignals.

I'll point out that I even helpfully included the email address at HF Signals in my email - that is where such requests should be directed. As I wrote in my earlier response:

Can you provide an updated status of the zBitx since this is about the end of February. From what I read and the note received from HF Signals, there are about 230 people who have signed up and paid for the first qty of zBitx units. That is quite impressive.

Have you started receiving units from your supplier ? When do you estimate the 230 will have been shipped ? I understand you will then open up for additional orders to HF Signals.
