I too couldn't find my order confirmation email, so I just waited patiently.

Last night I got two emails - one from HFSignals and one from PayPal, both alerting me that my order had shipped with an estimated arrival date of the 26th.
?
For those who think there's something to be gained from knowing, my order was #3251, I ordered my zBitx within a couple hours of the radio being offered.
?
Sorry for the broad email, but I just wanted to encourage my fellow buyers who can't find their order confirmation emails that HFSignals is pushing thru the orders, and you will be notified when your unit ships.

Your message helped me a lot because with the date of your order, and the number, I can make a more accurate estimate of how the shipment is progressing.
At the moment I have only seen messages about shipments to the United States or Canada, in the group. I don't know if they are in order of order and if so, or if it is distributed territorially, and in Europe we still have to wait a little longer.
We will wait... good things take time.

If they are processing orders in sequence(?), I'm 80 orders ahead of you - that's 1/3rd of the entire batch of orders (250 orders in first batch).
?
Patience is called for - radios are shipping, it obviously takes time to pack, label, and ship orders, they can only ship so many in a day...

I just got an email from DHL saying that a package from HF Signals is on the way for delivery on the 31st. The HF Signals Order Tracker still says "Packed, ready to go" :/

Hello, since the early hours of yesterday, mine is about to leave HF signals, according to its website, but I have not received any notice from the carrier indicating that it is on its way.
How long does it take to go from "ready to go" to having news from the carrier?
Some of my colleagues, who saw it the day before, have already received the equipment...
How can I know if it is really on its way?

You will receive a notice from DHL.? I believe HFS is able to
ship about 30 a day.? Mine shipped on Thursday (yesterday) and DHL
expects I will get it on this coming Tuesday.? I am in?

Forgot to add, once they submit the request for drop off/pickup you will get an email from DHL before they update the Order status.
