Just got my zBitx today.? Powered up, and the nice screen pops right up.? It says "Waiting for the zBitx to start..." and no other response.? Been waiting a long time, but no joy.? Tried power down and restart - same result.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Dave, what powersupply do you use ? 18650 battery’s or external powersupply ?

i had some cheap 18650 battery’s from HAM flea market….fully charged but within few minutes they draw empty (low voltage) with my Zbitx (then screen starts to flicker / falls out). I will now buy good ones. ..probably more expensive at least usable. ?(BTW anyone has a good sugesstion for which type let me know ;-)

another option could maybe be a corrupt SD card…

Are you seeing the desktop environment when you connect the radio to a HDMI display? If not, could you and try again? You can access the memory card by following .
