I am attaching a video of ubitx ver3. No TX.
Get this sound when I press PTT.
What could be wrong. Which relay needs to be replaced.

That sounds like a relay cycling. In my uBitX V4 I needed to add a 2.2K resistor between the 5v source and the PTT line as the Arduino internal pull up circuit was not enough to reliably sense PTT operation.
