Trying to cancel an order

G4GIR All Messages By This Member #117152 Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cancel an order I made for a ZBitx. ? I have e-mailed HF Signals asking them to cancel and re-fund the cost. ? However, 1st email sent 4th April, another asking if they had received the first email on the 8th of April and to the present time no response from HF Signals. ?
