Tracking shipment

 

?I got an email with a tracking number the same day that I ordered mine.
?It only tracked to the Mumbai airport,, where it was put in a mail sack.
?No further tracking. It arrived here 13 days from when I ordered it.

Wayne, was it a notification through your PayPal??

I'm curious if anyone has gotten shipping notification after ordering one of the new digital models. I ordered mine on Dec 17 when they were on hold waiting to announce the new model and then was notified that I could order the radunco model update to go with my original order. But haven't heard anything since.

I ordered mine Sunday and haven't received any notifications yet. Don't know if it's because of the weekend, or the Christmas holiday, or what...

Hi Roy,

did you send them the extra 14 dollars necessary for the new model as this may be what they are waiting for (original Bitx 45 dollars, upgraded version 59 dollars) ?

Yes I did, but I initiated the transaction and so it may have confused the situation.?

I'm still curious if anyone has gotten shipping confirmation after ordering the new model. It simply may be that they are not shipping the new model yet.

I ordered mine on 12/23. The money was sent from my Paypal account. But no confirmation yet. The reply I got to my initial inquiry was to sent eh money and it would be shipped in a few days. I only ordered the DDS. I already have the Bitx40

Hi, I too have heard nothing after placing my order for the new Bitx40 ($59), I have checked with paypal and it has gone to the correct account and shows up on my account but no notification or anything

I got an email from Paypal when the unit was shipped by HFsigs about a week after I ordered but that was in early November.
Maybe Christmas might slow things up.

Just a quick update, this morning I received a PayPal notification that my BITX40 was shipped. So if the orders are being handled in chronological order then orders after Dec 17 should be receiving notifications shortly.
