Test after calibration

Hello,

may you please tell me something important about the frequencies of the Ubitx.
When the screen shows for example 10.000.000 htz, what does that mean??Is it the carrier frequency of an AM signal, or one of its SSB bands.?So the actual frequency listened to would be 10.001500 or 9998500 htz. (one of the BLU bands) or the ubitx is made in such a way that if we display 10.000.000 is the frequency of a BLU?
Why this question??If you inject a sinusoidal signal and you want to test the complete amplification chain, do you need to inject a 10.000.000 +/- 1500htz signal depending on the blu chosen to do the test?
In this case, an audible signal of 1500htz at the sound level?
thank you for this clarification

If the radio is properly tuned, the carrier frequency is displayed.?

If? you tune to an AM broadcast signal frequency, the audio should be able to be clearly heard in either USB and LSB modes.?

Beware that the UBitx firmware (at least for the V6 Ubitx) has an error that requires that you tune the frequency slightly off and back after you change between USB and LSB modes to get the radio to actually change the received sideband.
If the AM broadcast audio is distorted, you can tune the Ubitx until the audio is clear to find out how much the Ubitx tuning may be off.

If you test with an injected signal that is +1500 htz when in USB mode or -1500 htz in LSB mode, you should be able to hear a 1500 htz tone at the speaker.
