Second batch of uBITX shipping? #ubitx

I just got notified my uBITX has shipped today (India post) and I ordered late in the day on 13th December 2017, I guess I missed the original batch?
I see some had ordered on the 13th as well and had theirs shipped from the 1st batch a couple of weeks ago.
Expecting 2 or 3 weeks to the UK...

I ordered on December 13 and received mine on January 16. It was marked 119/2.? Must be from the second batch.?

I did not order mine until Jan 5th so I have a wait for it to arrive. I did pay for DHL shipping.

I ordered my 2nd one on 23 December, 2017 and I received information from HF Signals that it would be in about 2 weeks before it shipped and they apologized for the delay. As fast as the pre-orders (2nd group) sold out, mine could maybe even be in a 3rd group - I'll see what the serial# is when it arrives near the end of February - LOL.

I have purchased a number of products from hfsignals and from Sunil (amateurradiokits.in), and apart from the BITX40 from hfsignals which was transported in quick time by DHL couriers, I have relied on India Post. My experience has been that I get an email telling me that the item has been dispatched and quoting a tracking number. Searches on the number yield at most three entries, the last indicating that the parcel is about to leave India. Then a complete lack of further tracking data until the postie knocks on my front door with my parcel in his hand. The tactic employed here is to have a number of projects in the pipeline, so that a longer than expected delivery time does not cause too much angst. And down here, delays can occur in our Customs service, especially at this time of year - let alone the possibility that the authorities are being extra careful given the recent huge amounts of illegal drugs that have been intercepted.
