It is a 100W UHF transistor that can do 100+ watts on HF. It is in a Gemini package. John Cunliffe W7ZQ #89140 Sorry Guys, If you follow the other posting you will see that they are gone.I put 37 packages and envelops into the mail yesterday I do have reclaimed several BLF861 FETs last night but have not tested them yet, I will get a few of the Larcan MRF 151G's in the near future that I will make available once I have time to take the units apart and test the FETs.
