raduino_v1.09 with RIT (SPLIT) functionality

I've just released raduino_v1.09, download it from

New in this release:

  • added RIT (SPLIT) functionality. This requires a PTT sense line connected to pin A0 (black wire)
    (see for wiring instructions)
  • simplified tuning range setting in SETTINGS menu
  • less frequent EEPROM writes so that EEPROM will last longer

Before updating please carefully read the updated user instructions at

I respect you that you make new version always and release to us.

so I wish to add my idea.

I have idea about PTT signal.

I had though that raduino recevice ptt signal from ptt switch directly.

and output ptt signal from raduino to transceiver board.

I think It's more simple to use and applicate for other things, isn't it?

Yes it could be used as a vox function ?if analog from the mic circuit is sampled?

Thanks for your suggestions.
RX_TX signal from the Raduino to the BITX40 board will be implemented in
the next version.

Of course it is possible to use the PTT signal directly from the PTT
switch. But I choosed to use the regulator output instead, because it
will leave the current PTT circuit intact.

Because there may be users who use the BITX40 for digital modes, etc. So
if they drive the PTT from an external device or PC it will still work
without having to change the existing setup.

Thank you for all your work on this. ?I plan on implementing your sketch soon and am excited about all the features you have added to the BitX40. ?

If I could make a request - can you add an S-meter to the sketch.?

Thanks

Tim

Thanks again Allard for fine program !

I could not find the sketch on the address ? (Error 404)

Without the dot after the address it worked.

All ok so far.

Hi Allard,

Is it possible to save the range (from the menu) when power off?

Thanks!

Hi Adi,

When you set the tuning range via the menu it is saved to EEPROM and
retrieved during power up.
