Quality speaker mic with minimal modding

Does anyone know of a decent quality speaker mic that does not require a lot of modification to use? ?I would like something that is a step or two up from the baofang mics. ?I want my radio to sound good and I would like my voice to come out better on the other side.

I am fine with installing a jack for the speaker mic in the enclosure.

Thanks in advance.

Has anyone tried this one?:

Thanks for the reply Phil. ?So you tried both the mike as is and with the bitx supplied mic element? And you saw no difference between the two? ?

Was the wiring of the jack to the bitx40 straight forward?

But this is a dinamic microfono right? I guess it will get too much power as the board is designed to put volts on a electret mic...
nice mic for the price anyway?

PTT connection straight onto the PTT as normal, and the mic element is an electret, have tried the supplied Bitx element and can tell no difference.
am using a standard 8 pin plug/socket so may decide to connect the up/don to the tuning ? but not sure yet.
