Straight Key and paddle work. However I wanted something automatic like contest macros. In Linux I could not manage to send correct cw with the Ubitx. In windows was a bit better, not perfect (I was using the DTR port, I have not tried the RTS yet). Btw tonight I tried an old kit called 'Island Keyboard with the optional tube keying output' by WB9KZY and It works perfectly! It does work with an old keyboard not PC. It uses a solid state relay and I suspect this is the key for a neat cw, 73 Franco
