Enclosures again...

Has anyone considered building their BitX into a Pelican box like this company has? The one they have isn't a BitX but the idea's there. The 1120 is going for about $30 (w/ free shipping) on ebay if you find the right seller - someone is selling all of the colors for that price.

It's a great idea... I still waiting for my kit, but I'm looking for a convenient enclosure to work everywhere, at home, on the field, on my truck.... Pelican boxes are a great idea

It is perfectly possible. I have an mdt on a Peli Case and it is very sturdy. The difficulty is to cut it tight enough in order to get a perfect size
