Richard and Dave, There is no particular day that we ship the orders. We only ship orders once the calibration and testing is done. This often happens in batches as we cannot hurry the procedure and compromise on testing. So at the end of the day we dispatch only those orders which have been thoroughly tested and have passed the QC. We usually keep the units ready beforehand and dispatch the same once we get the orders after retesting them. That is why we usually have a turn around time of 3 to 5 days. Having said that, this time around we had put a halt to the dispatches as we had to incorporate the latest fix before dispatching (Redesigned Heatsink) which in turn delayed the dispatches further and that's why you are seeing the delayed timelines. We are now back on track having dispatched most of the back orders and will be clearing the recent orders in the next couple of days. Hope this helps.
