I want a #refund

I paid for and received a ubitx, which remains unassembled.

I want to return it and get a refund. How do I get a refund?

I'd suggest trying to sell it here, shipping back to India seems expensive.

If you want to pursue a refund, contact hfsignals@..., rather than post your question to fellow kit owners.

Their website says the kits are sold as-is, I suspect a refund isn't an option, but step one would be to reach out to them directly.

Dave,

how much are you asking for it?

is it the basic kit or complete kit with cabinet?

forgot to ask,

is the kit complete,or damaged from shipping?

Like Ken stated, the ubitx is sold as is ,and is designed to be seriously messed with by hams.

Dave,
one other question. Why didnt you want to assemble the rig and try it out?
The ubitx is smaller type of radio but it really works. I use one on CW and ft8. Sometimes i venture to SSB when 10 is open good, then i flip on the transverter for 6 meters.

I'm curious as well. How much would you want for it?
