I found a really cool case that was originally a large 3.5 inch floppy case with a clear see through top. Is there anything I need to do to the inside of the case before I put the radio in it??

Without knowing your concerns or seeing the case it is a vague question to try to answer.? Lots of us are using unshielded plastic cases without any known adverse effects so I say have fun with it and post a picture when you're done.

I guess that was my concern about having it unshielded. I see where some builders put aluminium foil tape inside the cases.?
