I spent part of the afternoon adding a 7812 regulator into the ubitx so
I could run the PA voltage as high as possible, about 14.1v while still
supplying the main board with 12v.

When I checked the 3rd order intermod on the spectrum analyzer it was
about 2db better!

Any ideas on why this would be?

I also found that the 3rd order intermod was better with only 90ma of
bias on the IRF510's instead of 100ma. I could still easily adjust RV1
to get 10 watts out. Not a lot better but noticeable on the SA.

Any ideas on why this would be?
