Just finished my uBITX this morning, works great and will live it's life beside my bed on the night stand.

I use a DYMO LetraTag label maker with clear tape in it. I bought it at WalMart for $18.00 plus the clear tape for $6.00. I have labeled many projects with it and it's paid for itself many times over.

Yes a Bitx40 would fit with room to spare, in fact I've used much smaller cases for my Bitx40 and my Bitx60.

I used to install car stereos and alarms in the 80’s. Give me a dermal or a small jig saw, some plastic and a FILE and I can make the straitest bezel opening for your bezibox you would swear it was machine cut.?

I have been thinking about getting an Adel Nibbling tool to make this sort of thing easier.
