Hello,
This is a nice piece of s/w. I understand the limitations of Arduino Nano and try to get used to the single button user interface. I 'd like to report a couple of bugs which I noticed the other day: -Initial CW speed is at its maximum although I set it previously to, say 30 (wpm?). The display says 30 but the real speed is way higher and I have to slow it down => I go to menu, adjust CW speed again. It stays there until I power off. Very annoying. -The real CW speed value WPM is not what it says. To achieve 20 WPM one has to set it to double value. Kai OH3WE |
Kai,
Disregard the file V2.02R in my previous message? - there was still a bug in that one that got missed - the receiver offset on CW was set wrong and you would wind up twice the sidetone off frequency in the wrong direction.? I have fixed that now and the version attached to this message addresses both the keyer speed problem AND the wrong RX offset. I deleted the bad message and am re-sending it again with the corrected software. Apologies, and thank you for calling the bug to my attention. Jim Sheldon, W0EB |
