I think you are confusing the new zBitx with the yet-unannounced suit x 4, which HF Signals has not, as far as I am aware, not even announced specific plans for, let alone discussed a possible release date.

I inquired about the when the v3 would be available. The response I received from HF Signals was v3 being upgraded to v4 and would be available at the end of March.?
