sBitx passband spectrum


 

I removed the alsa code from the reference implementation and managed to grab the real radio passband in the spectrum (pic 1 the passband with noise, and pic 2 the passband with a broadcast signal. I can clearly see around 20 kHz of passband - so we can even receive DRM30 in 20 kHz mode (and transmit too)!

roughly speaking, the passband is around 6 kHz to 38 kHz.

had anyone used the sdrangel [1]? it seems a good candidate for sbitx use.

In lower frequencies (eg. 40m and anything less than 7 MHz) I get some strange noises, as attached (bottom graph is the radio rx, top is the mic rx). May be it is my psu, need to test with a battery.
