Re: v3 software, alpha is here
I think only you have permissions to do it in your repository.
I can do in my fork.

Re: v3 software, alpha is here
Hi Ashhar,
If possible, create a tag (or branch) for the old v2. Then, in case we see some regression, we can easily rebuild and compare the tag/branch to main (which now contains v3).

On second thoughts, shall we branch it off?

Re: v3 software, alpha is here
Yes, I didn't branch it out.. I have found the native sbitx v3 far more
stable than v2. The web is easy to switch by copying over v2 version of
index.html and style.css over the v3.
I have used it on

Hi Ashhar,
I can see no "v3" branch. You pushed the changes to main, right?
Cheers,

v3 software, alpha is here
I have pushed out a v3 to the repository. I will request the git masters to
pull it in and play with it.
The details of how to exactly getting are purposefully skimpy right now, I
want the brave to

Here is a modified version of the uBITX V6 firmware designed by N8ME and VU3GAO. It contains a new button layout, colors, and VFO changes. You can use XLoader to upload this file to your transceiver.

Re: sBitx V2 SN #141 Spurious/Harmonic Measurements
Yup, I agree Allison. I think if more people make the recommended mod to
add a third 470 in parallel, we might see more failures of the diode
biasing chokes -- and the symptoms will be sudden loss

Gordon,
3 parallel resistor in parallel, that 157 ohms.... In series with 12V to ground through a diode (.7V drop).
Than means 71 ma is flowing through the choke....? Now I assumed 12V DC power if

Re: Kit Projects AGC board
Evan,
I hooked up one of my Vactrols and made some measurements, I found it to be quite linear, (I think). Without the LED on it shows 24Meg, with the LED fully driven at 15ma it shows 95 ohms. I can

Re: uBitx V6 + DSP
I have an old Radio Shack DSP40 hooked up to mine. It really reduces the wideband hiss and makes CW much easier to listen to. It has bandwidths of 300, 600, and 1000 Hz on CW, and 1.4, 2.2, and 2.8
